Welcome to WEEK TEN of Move and Improve!

Spring fever has certainly struck many of us! I am  noticing more and more people outside walking, bicycling, running, cleaning yards, planting gardens, washing cars, etc....you name it! After a long winter it is exciting to get outdoors again to be active.

Are you looking for a way to spice up your physical activity regimen? Think of the many options that you have available to you around your home (yard work/spring cleaning) or your town (walking paths,) etc.

The fresh air can be invigorating. Just remember to be safe. Wear some form of sun protection. Be aware of motorized vehicles by wearing brightly colored clothing or wearing reflective gear (especially if you plan to be outside when the sun goes down.) And most importantly, have fun while you move and improve outside or in!

Goal Accomplishment Entry 

You may be wondering why this is available so early?
Based on the goal structure of Move and Improve, we ask that you work towards your selected goal for a minimum of 8 of the 12 weeks (although we hope you work towards your goal for the entire 12 weeks and beyond.) Having completed 9 weeks of the program to date, some of our participants are eligible to enter their goal accomplishments now and therefore, the database is open to accept entries. However, you can choose to wait until the end of the 12 weeks (or whenever you achieve your goal) to enter your goal accomplishment online as the deadline to enter is June 9, 2008
